Abstract

|
Purpose: The purpose of this study was to build a hypothetical model and verify the validity among variables that influence the organizational socialization of nursing students. Methods: Data collection was conducted from fourth year nursing students to whom questionnaires were distributed from June 18 to July 28, 2019. Of the questionnaires 320 were returned. Thirty questionnaires were not returned and 19 questionnaires with insufficient answers were excluded. For final analysis 301 questionnaires were analyzed with SPSS/WIN version 24.0 and AMOS version 24.0. Results: The hypothetical model was a good fit for the data.
